RobsonWoese provided Verizon with project team leadership to fast track a $2.3 million Design / Build project. Services included complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural and architectural systems strategy to integrate a new high performance chiller system with the existing chiller system to functionally and continually serve all mission critical equipment areas throughout Verizon's main Central Office located in Buffalo, New York. RW was also responsible for the commissioning process and making the final recommendations to the Owner regarding functional performance of the commissioned new systems. The functional testing program objectively verified that the new system performed interactively in accordance with the Project Documents.
