City Center at White Plains
New York
City Center is a 1.1 million sq.ft. retail, entertainment and residential complex located in the heart of downtown White Plains. RobsonWoese provided fire protection and building code consulting engineering services to assist the design team with the identified code issues specific to both city building/fire official and NY State Codes Division concerns. Our opinion was provided on the primary fire protection and life safety features required by codes, referenced code standards, and possible code equivalency features to accommodate the code issues, and was based on the Building and Fire Code of New York State (International Code based documents with NY modifications inclusive of Appendix K as applicable).
