RobsonWoese provided services for the development of service manuals in the event of an emergency at nine locations through the United States (including New York, Virginia, North Carolina, Denver, Texas, California, Pennsylvania, and Ohio). Complete documentation of all existing equipment, system operations, and processes was required, as well as information regarding key contact personnel. For each site, the data was incorporated into a service manual, including detailed diagrams of the various systems installed in the data centers. These manuals provide on-site personnel with the specific instructions needed for the safe operation of the equipment in the event of an emergency due to a failure in the system.
