Design-Build project delivery system affords us the
opportunity to work closely with the developer-contractor
to provide a cost-effective project.
- Complete mechanical, electrical and fire protection
systems design-build for a 250,000 SF, five-story,
outpatient clinic and surgery center with urgent
care, MRI suite, dental, and specialized practice
facilities. This unique facility integrated complex
domestic water, acid waste, sanitary, storm, life
safety, medical gasses, and emergency power systems
for patient care.
