NYSERDA has contracted with RobsonWoese to provide a variety of custom-tailored technical assistance services related to energy needs to New York State companies and institutions. Through the Flexible Technical Assistance Program, RW can help building owners and operators understand their energy usage, explore ways to reduce energy costs and position them to receive incentive moneys. The Flex-Tech Program, which offers a 50% cost share up to $50,000 to perform studies with energy implications, encourages the implementation of cost-effective, energy efficient measures. Through the NYSERDA Flex-Tech and New Construction programs, RW has helped customers obtain over a million dollars in incentives.

RobsonWoese completed an evaluation of electric energy efficiency opportunities specified or being considered for this new construction project. Based on the results of the whole building analysis (approximately 100,000 sq. ft.), the Owner was eligible for an incentive of $400,000 for a number of energy efficient measures.
