RobsonWoese has focused on educating our staff in LEED concepts. With over 25% of the staff being LEED Accredited Professionals, RW has a solid understanding of the details associated with creating a LEED certified project. As a consultant, RW has facilitated LEED activities for LEED NC, LEED CI, LEED C&S, LEED EB and LEED for Homes. With in-depth knowledge of LEED requirements, we have guided owners and design teams in interpreting LEED criteria, executing LEED letter templates and researching Credit Interpretations. Our team is accustomed to conducting LEED charettes to establish project sustainability goals which serve as the LEED project roadmap. RW's LEED activities have created a staff with a vast understanding of "green" products and processes to help guide design teams. Our services have helped owners obtain LEED Gold, Silver and certified projects with many more awaiting final USGBC review.

LEED Gold Certification
RobsonWoese provided LEED consulting services in the LEED certification process for this project. Extensive consulting on LEED strategies, LEED letter templates, and the final LEED submission was provided. Starting at the beginning of the project, RW worked with the owner and design team to guide LEED strategies. During construction, RW worked with the contractors, owner, and design team to document LEED items and create the LEED submittal. The project obtained a LEED Gold Certification from the USGBC.
